Funding Readiness in 90 Days: A Practical Sequence

5 min readBy Robille Capital Solutions Team

Readiness is a sequence, not a single event. Working it in order keeps each step useful to the next and prevents the rework that slows most owners down.

Days 1–30: structure

The first month focuses on structure: entity documents, registered address, business phone and email, and industry classification reviewed for accuracy.

Small inconsistencies here — an old address, a mismatched entity name — create verification friction later.

Days 30–60: documentation

The second month focuses on financial documentation: clean bank statements, organized profit and loss records, and a clear written use of funds tied to revenue.

Days 60–90: positioning

The final month focuses on positioning: reviewing personal and business credit reports for accuracy, building trade references, and matching your profile to the categories of financing that actually fit it.

No sequence guarantees approval. What it does is remove the avoidable reasons files get declined.
